TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ Carefully. By purchasing this product, you (herein referred to as "Client") agree to the following terms stated herein.

PROGRAM/SERVICE

Dream Big Enterprises, Inc. (herein referred to as "Dream Big Enterprises" or "Company") agrees to provide the "Ultimate Success Accelerator Mastermind Program" (herein referred to as "Program") identified in the online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of participation in the Program.

DISCLAIMER

Client understands Wendy Braun (herein referred to as "Consultant") and Dream Big Enterprises, Inc. is not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, therapist, public relations or business manager, financial analyst, or other licensed professional. Client understands that:

  1. Consultant will not procure or attempt to procure employment or business for Client.
  2. Consultant will not perform business management functions (e.g., career advice, public relations management, or financial planning).
  3. Consultant is not providing therapy or psychological counseling.
  4. Consultant will not introduce the Client to Consultant's full network of contacts, partners, or affiliates.

Client acknowledges that no relationship exists beyond the Program. Should the relationship continue, a separate agreement must be entered into.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

If Client selects a monthly payment plan, Client authorizes the Company to charge the designated credit or debit card for recurring payments. The first payment will be charged immediately. If Client chooses to pay in full, the full balance will be charged at the time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

The Ultimate Success Accelerator Mastermind Program is backed by our commitment to providing transformative tools, strategies, and guidance to support your success. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted within 45 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of 100% effort and completion of all program components.
  • Required proof includes:
    1. Completion of all training videos (tracked via view progress).
    2. Completion of all worksheets and assignments (submitted in full).
    3. Implementation of all strategies taught in the Program (with screenshots or documentation).

If all requirements are met but no shifts are observed in the Client’s experience, a refund (less a $125 processing fee) may be requested within 45 days of the start date.

Refunds will not be issued for lack of participation, incomplete coursework, or changes in personal circumstances. Payments are non-refundable after 45 days, and Clients on payment plans are required to fulfill all payment obligations.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the Program. Confidential information includes any personal, business, or proprietary details disclosed by either party or other participants. Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of participation without refund.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The materials provided within the Program, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and strategies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dream Big Enterprises, Inc. These materials are for individual use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without express written permission.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Program is for educational purposes only. Client acknowledges that results vary and that success depends on individual effort, application of strategies, and external factors. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

If not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the parties, every controversy or dispute relating to this Agreement will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association.

  • All claims against Company must be lodged within 100 days of the date of the first claim or otherwise be forfeited forever.
  • The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand. The parties shall cooperate to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period.
  • The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review.
  • In disputes involving unpaid balances on behalf of Client, Client is responsible for any and all arbitration and attorney fees.

EQUITABLE RELIEF

In the event that a dispute arises between the Parties for which monetary relief is inadequate and where a Party may suffer irreparable harm in the absence of an appropriate remedy, the injured Party may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for equitable relief, including without limitation a temporary restraining order or injunction.

NOTICES

Any notices to be given hereunder by either Party to the other may be effected by personal delivery or by mail, registered or certified, postage prepaid with return receipt requested. Notices delivered personally shall be deemed communicated as of the date of actual receipt; mailed notices shall be deemed communicated as of three (3) days after the date of mailing.

For purposes of this Agreement, “personal delivery” includes notice transmitted by fax or email.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
